We pay the program directly on your behalf. If a program will not bill an FMS, we can reimburse you instead.
For people using an individual budget to build their own mix of supports. We manage the budget, pay the people and providers you hire, and keep every transaction traceable back to your spending plan.

Poppy FMS operates under the vendor and payment processing model of Financial Management Services, and follows the applicable Title 17 requirements, DDS guidance, and regional center authorization process. Provider eligibility is verified before payment, coordination activity is documented separately, and expenditure reporting is available monthly.
